Allen Meadows - Score: 91-93 (2021 January)

A slightly riper nose features notes of mocha and plenty of spice on the aromas of backed plum, black raspberry and discreet floral whiffs that include violet and a hint of lavender. The sleeker and finer medium weight flavors exude more evident minerality as well on the beautifully detailed and lingering finale where the only nit is a hint of warmth. This too should age effortlessly.
